MTS-R OFFERS MAINTENANCE
No machinery should ever go without Preventive Maintenance (PM). This is the regular and routine maintenance of your equipment and assets to ensure they continue to run smoothly. It also prevents any unplanned breakdown events during normal use, which can be significantly more expensive to repair than simply performing regular maintenance.
MTS-R offers one-off servicing as per the manufacturer’s guidelines, or we can create a service plan that is suitable for your production needs. We also offer out of hours servicing on request to assist with those unexpected deadlines.
If you want your machinery to perform a the highest level with minimal downtime, then servicing them in line with the manufacturer’s guidelines is crucial – and that is what we are best at. Basic maintenance is regularly overlooked, and without it, you may experience a chain reaction of part failures and accuracy errors that can severely impact your workload.

We also ensure these maintenance procedures are kept in line with your production requirements to help your machinery maintain optimal functionality, therefore reducing the risk of damage, inaccuracy, or breakdowns.
GEOMETRIC CHECK & ADJUST
Our team can perform geometric checks and adjustments with full machine alignment available within the manufacturer’s and/or ISO standards. Geometric checks and adjustments are essential for optimal accuracy during production, ensuring there are no inaccurate vibrations, jerky movements of parts, and many more. Additionally, these checks will help verify the shapes and dimensions of particular components for proper alignment.
RENISHAW BALLBAR CALIBRATION AND CERTIFICATION
Using Renishaw’s QC20 Ballbar, we can diagnose and potentially rectify any error within the linear or rotary axis. This is a simple calibration with quick speed and an extensive amount of data generation to help us detect machine accuracy and performance. With this certified Renishaw tool, we can provide fast testing and powerful analysis of your machine’s performance – and that’s precisely why we use it.
SPINDLE VIBRATION/ CLAMPFORCE ANALYSIS
Our spindle bearing tool interface and drawbar testing, available upon request, can help resolve compromised surface finishes where the machine spindle may have issues. This spindle vibration and clamp force analysis will provide us with the knowledge we need to fix the force of the clamp and optimise the spindle’s effectiveness.
